1. Who we are and what we provide
στηρίζω is operated by ERGON INTELLIGENCE L.P., 38 Vyzantiou Street, Nea Penteli, 15236, Greece. Contact: Giannis Goulias, iogoulias@gmail.com. This is a voluntary initiative. The company covers the operating costs and receives no revenue or commission from this website.
We provide information about organisations and free personal Christmas cards connected to a verified donation. To submit a receipt, you must be at least 18 or have a parent or guardian act on your behalf.
2. Donations and receipts
You choose the organisation and amount and donate directly through its official channels. στηρίζω is not a payment service and does not collect donations. Contact the organisation or its payment provider about transaction receipts, refunds or payment questions.
To download a card, attach proof of a completed donation electronically in the form, together with the donor’s name and email. Nothing needs to be sent by post. The proof must show the organisation, amount, date and completed transaction. Redact unrelated transactions, balances and unnecessary personal details.
A person reviews the proof. We may request clarification or reject incomplete, inauthentic or duplicate receipts. You will be notified by email. You can preview cards before review; downloading and email sending become available after approval. We do not guarantee a particular review time. A card is a personal dedication, not a tax document.
3. Organisation information and campaign targets
Profiles identify sources and reporting dates. Christmas targets are estimates by this initiative, not official statements from the organisations or guarantees of their financial position. Monthly expense coverage uses historical published figures and does not predict when current cash will run out. Audit information and registry entries follow the cited sources.
Target progress includes only amounts approved from receipts submitted here. It does not represent all donations an organisation receives. Before paying, check the details on the organisation’s official website.
4. Recipients and company cards
You can create one or several cards, import CSV files and add a company name or logo. Use only content and details you are authorised to use, inform the people concerned where required, and do not upload sensitive information. You are responsible for the accuracy of names and addresses and for the deliveries you request.
Email delivery by στηρίζω is optional and requires your explicit confirmation of the recipient list. Each recipient receives a separate message with their own card. We email the donor a report listing names, email addresses and the result for each recipient. Large lists may be queued because of sending limits. “Sent” means accepted by the email service; it does not guarantee reading, inbox placement or final delivery. Failed or uncertain attempts are shown separately.
Cards are for personal or company seasonal greetings. Forged receipts, misleading claims of endorsement, unsolicited bulk advertising and interference with service security are not allowed. Keep your private access links confidential.
Optional accounts
An account is not required to donate or create a card. If you create one, use your own email and a unique password, and keep credentials and private links confidential. Account history tracks your submitted receipts and their review; it is not bank monitoring or evidence of a tax deduction. Contact us promptly about suspected unauthorised access or account deletion.
5. Printing and MyPostcard
Printing and postal delivery are provided independently by MyPostcard under its own terms. You provide the required files and details, accept the quote and pay the provider directly. The app does not automatically send an order or recipient details to MyPostcard.
Confirm print specifications, Christmas envelopes, address coverage, costs, deadlines and cancellation terms with the provider. Contact it about printing, delivery or refunds. You can also download the cards and send them yourself, or ask the provider to deliver all printed cards to your own address.
6. Availability, rights and changes
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information and a working service, but technical interruptions and changes in external sources may occur. Please tell us about inaccuracies. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Greek law applies, subject to mandatory protections applicable to the user. Changes are published here with an updated date and do not remove established rights. Contact: iogoulias@gmail.com.
